Jelly Master Neo is a jelly‑making food supplement designed to create smooth, easy‑to‑swallow jelly textures from drinks and foods with just a small amount. It can be mixed into blended meals or beverages and set by heating or chilling, and the jelly retains its shape even when served warm.

  • Unlike gelatin, which begins to melt around 20 °C, jelly made with Jelly Master neo retains its shape even when warmed to approximately 60–65 °C.
